The first version, v0.1.0, of Quiqbox (https://github.com/frankwswang/Quiqbox.jl) has been officially released. Quiqbox is an open-source software library aiming at systemic construction and optimization of GTO-based basis set design for electronic structure problems. It is written in pure Julia and is currently under active development by Weishi.
